The LSM interface has not been removed from the kernel, but it is no longer exported and available to any external kernel modules. So we could not provide a version of dazuko that uses LSM unless it was actually compiled in to the kernel rpm.
I have just received some more information from www.redirfs.org about a new version (0.3). This new version is receiving more extensive testing (esp. with dazuko), so it will be more stable than the current redirfs 0.2 version. As soon as the testing is complete (expected later this summer), I will rebuild the openSUSE dazuko package to use redirfs 0.3.
Hope this helps,
Ann
Ann, is it possible at least to release a patch for dazuko source so it can be compiled into the kernel? it looks that dazuko expects a different header include/linux/security.h for some functions (can provide further info if needed) and dazuko 2.3.5 with patch for 2.6.25 kernels fails to compile.
