Thank you. Now I've understood the problem even deeper. It doesn't say
"/sbin/:/usr/sbin must be in your path", it says "it may require superuser
privileges" which is completely useless and misleading. Having this message
user thinks he must be root, not that it's enough to have /sbin:/usr/bin in the
PATH.
Maybe I'm stupid, but half a year I thought I must be root, to run this (and
some other) program(s), then I accidentally found out that I can run it as
normal user!
Summarizing, you give too general error message, that is correct, but it
misleads the user. So I think the message must be more specific.
