Out of a sudden suspend to RAM was broken on my system. I tracked it down to the point that when I blacklist uvcvideo (/etc/modprobe.d/bla now contains 'install uvcvideo /bin/true') it fixes the issue. Looking at /var/log/messages it spews log messages like this: klogd: uvcvideo: Found UVC 1.00 device <unnamed> (05ca:183a) klogd: uvcvideo: Failed to query (135) UVC control 1 (unit 0) : -32 (exp. 26). klogd: uvcvideo: Failed to query (129) UVC control 1 (unit 0) : -32 (exp. 26). klogd: uvcvideo: Failed to initialize the device (-5). klogd: usbcore: registered new interface driver uvcvideo (...) klogd: uvcvideo 1-8:1.1: suspend error -22 klogd: uvcvideo 1-8:1.1: suspend error -22 (...) klogd: uvcvideo: Failed to query (1) UVC control 2 (unit 0) : -32 (exp. 26). klogd: uvcvideo 5-8:1.1: resume error -5 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
