Likley the BIOS on your machine is broken. It doesn't give the correct
information of audio pin configurations, thus model=auto would never work.
You need to figure out which widget pin NID corresponds to which actual I/O.
Right now, BIOS declares it has 4 output jacks in the backside and 1 HP in the
front, 1 SPDIF out, etc. It's probably incorrect in your case.
Unless the hardware vendor gives more information, it's up to you. Figuring
out the pins isn't too difficult but requires some knowledge of HD-audio. The
best way would be to use hda_analyzer. For details, see
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/sound/alsa/HD-Audio.txt.
Once when you figure out which pin corresponds to the HP and speaker outputs,
please let me know. Then I can build a quirk for your device.
