https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=216936 Summary: LSB: some Gtk tests fail in KDE-based installation due to missing theme engine Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Beta 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jdluhos@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Some tests in the LSB Gtk test suite fail because they cannot find stock icons; warnings are printed by the Gtk library about not able to find an appropriate theme engine: ---- (test:31335): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "qtcurve", (test:31335): Gtk-WARNING **: Error loading theme icon for stock: Failed to open file '': No such file or directory (test:31335): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_unref: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed (test:31335): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_default_render_icon: assertion `base_pixbuf != NULL' failed (test:31335): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_style_render_icon: assertion `pixbuf != NULL' failed gtk_widget_render_icon() returns NULL ---- I think this may be caused by the fact that my testing SL10.2 installation is KDE-based. Same warnings are printed even with other Gtk programs, like Gimp, however, they do not cause the program to fail. Tests of course fail because they check for this. Please find a small test program that demonstrates this behavior. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
