Yes, probably we can join all logs in one definition. Today, the only
difference is that cache.log has size=+1024k while access.log and store.log
have size=+4096k.
I suggested doing that for access.log and store.log in bug 894840 (and wiping
out 'sharedscripts' when not needed).
Looking into it again, I can not see a reason for 'create 640 squid root' and
think it should be dropped. Squid creates its logs with owner squid:nogroup and
permission 640. logrotate by default, when no 'create <foo>' is specified,
creates new logs with owner/permission from the original files.
Assuming size=+4096k is OK for cache.log, we can simplify:
