After some testing I found out that scaling the logo is the only way to prevent
it from being cut when decreasing the font size (I have set a max-width, so it
won't be scaled when enlarging the font).
With the openSUSE default browser configuration the logo should be displayed
without being scaled.
Unfortunately browsers do no do a very good job when scaling graphics - that's
why the logo looks so blocky. An SVG graphic would certainly give better
results, but I do not think that all browsers support SVG.
So unless somebody comes up with a better idea, I will set this bug to WONTFIX.
Please re-open if you have a better solution.
