Pop-up error claiming "Partition is too small for Ext3 filesystem". Fails on Ext2 and Reiserfs also. Looks like a simple miscalculation of partition size but it prevents any attempt to install software RAID with Beta 5. At disk install screen select "Create Partition", Custom Partitioning (for experts), create primary partitions of 100MB (for /boot), 2 GB for swap and 120GB (for /) on each drive.
