https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=383486 Summary: /etc/bash_completion broken Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Beta 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: abockover@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- In my ~/.bashrc I have the following line: [[ -f /etc/bash_completion ]] && . /etc/bash_completion Since upgrading to 11b1, anything below this line in my ~/.bashrc fails to be executed. I have removed ~/.bash_history just for kicks, and I have no ~/.bash_completion. No errors or messages seem to come from loading /etc/bash_completion. It's like it just exits quietly, causing my ~/.bashrc to be useless. I've moved that line to the very bottom of my ~/.bashrc so it doesn't break everything else. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
