Hi,
I'm going to close this bug as INVALID (though it's not really invalid), but it
is expected.
During a maintenance operation I've changed the repository names for easier
association and maintenance. As a side effect, the published repositories also
changed on the filesystem.
Users need to uninstall the old repositories and install the new ones. This was
advertised on:
1. openSUSE Planet
2. Banshee Planet
3. Banshee devel mailing lists
4. Reported upstream (Banshee page got updated).
I'm sorry we failed to make the news reach all users and that some users ended
up with issues.
Please remove the old repositories and install the new ones. The only real
change lies on the filesystem path and thus on the url address, for example:
Old: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Banshee/openSUSE_11.4/
New: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Banshee/11.4/
Though this seems trivial, it does fix a lot in the Banshee:Unstable
repositories which sourced at the date the Banshee repository and had
repository names such as:
Banshee_openSUSE_11.4
Banshee_openSUSE_11.3
All of this is gone now and we're using shortened and easier tags to identify
the repos.
My apologies for the change, but it was required for improving future
maintenance.
NM
