https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=377021 Summary: osc local build fails to find local packages with -k option Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Platform: i686 OS/Version: SLES 10 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: BuildService AssignedTo: mls@novell.com ReportedBy: exodusd@gmx.de QAContact: adrian@novell.com Found By: --- I checked out two packages in my home project to build them locally with osc. One of the packages (steam) depends on the other one's rpms (pike-*.rpm). I first build pike locally: cd /home-f/exodus/suse-build-service/home:exodusd/pike osc build -k /home-f/exodus/suse-build-service/local-packages/openSUSE_10.3-i586 openSUSE_10.3 i586 pike.spec This works and produces the pike-*.rpm files in /home-f/exodus/suse-build-service/local-packages/openSUSE_10.3-i586/ Then I try to build steam locally: cd /home-f/exodus/suse-build-service/home:exodusd/steam osc build -p /home-f/exodus/suse-build-service/local-packages/openSUSE_10.3-i586/ openSUSE_10.3 i586 steam.spec I get: Getting buildinfo from server buildinfo is broken... it says: expansion error: nothing provides pike, nothing provides pike-image, nothing provides pike-mysql, nothing provides pike-devel Although the pike rpm packages are available in /home-f/exodus/suse-build-service/local-packages/openSUSE_10.3-i586/ I wanted to build the stuff with local rpms because the online build service is fairly busy now and hasn't yet scheduled the pike project (which I added after the steam project - I first thought it would automatically detect the "official" devel:languages:pike/pike packages).
