This package's last release was in 2010 and it seems unmaintained since then. The package was last changed by us in 2012. There is no assigned maintainer apart from the d:l:py group. The current build failure seems to be caused by incompatibility with recent Twisted framework.

From me, it's OK to schedule for removal now.
