Why did you remove pre_checkin.sh and blender-patch-source now!? And the tarball still contains extern/x264 TheApplication Black List wiki states that applications aren't allowed to use build service so I have stripped the "%if %DISTRIBUTABLE <= 0" statements from

"obsolete-not-provided blender-devel" I put obsoletes blender-devel in an attempt to rename it to blender-plugins-devel which I think is more appropriate as it is used for plugin development.
But you didn't add provide. And did add it to the wrong package also.
My reasoning was wrong, I see that blender-devel-2.48a requires blender-2.48a I will copy that with plugins-devel.

You can safely ignore that. It's mostly interesting for packages which are on Live-CDs.
