Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Alpha 5plus Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Critical Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jharmon@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- I am running SLES 10 SP1 x86_64 as my Xen server. I am trying to install openSUSE 10.3 alpha 5 and alpha5plus as a DomU (guest). It doesn't matter if I try and inatall the x86_64 or the 32pae version, I receive the same issue. The problem I run into is that after the file copy process it goes to install the boot manager and errors out during the initrd creation. The exact error is as follows: An error occurred during initrd creation.
