There are upstream for similar issues, but I reported this one since I know the openSUSE Updater Icon causes it.. Along with Opera (I haven't played enough with KDE 4.3 to find more.. but will update here as I run into them.. ).. Unless someone indicates that the icon / app causing the issue doesn't matter..
