--- Comment #1 from Alexander R 2011-03-21 15:01:15 UTC ---
I've an almost the same issue.
I've OpenSUSE 11.4 (from 11.2 upgraded). My "crypttab" file is:
cat /etc/crypttab
cr_sdb1 /dev/sdb1 none cipher=twofish-cbc-plain,hash=sha512,size=256
After PC rebooting, the system ask me password for crypted FS, but not
recognize my right password.
But if i mount it manually by commands:
losetup /dev/loop0 /dev/sdb1
cryptsetup --hash sha512 --cipher twofish-cbc-plain --key-size 256 create
cr_sdb1 /dev/loop0
ask me password and I type my right password -> OK
mount /dev/mapper/cr_sdb1 /mnt -t ext3 -o acl,user_xattr,noauto
it works fine
