--- Comment #22 from Roberto Helering 2007-08-29 03:10:17 MST ---
I've tried to upload some mp3 files to the device:
CPL-512-RH:/home/rhelering/soft/libmtp-0.2.1 # gphoto2 -u
"/home/rhelering/mp3/Ahi_Vamos/*"
*** Error (-1: 'Unspecified error') ***
For debugging messages, please use the --debug option.
Debugging messages may help finding a solution to your problem.
If you intend to send any error or debug messages to the gphoto
developer mailing list , please run
gphoto2 as follows:
env LANG=C gphoto2 --debug --debug-logfile=my-logfile.txt -u
"/home/rhelering/mp3/Ahi_Vamos/*"
Please make sure there is sufficient quoting around the arguments.
I've followed the suggested command:
CPL-512-RH:/home/rhelering/soft/libmtp-0.2.1 # env LANG=C gphoto2 --debug
--debug-logfile=my-logfile.txt -u "/home/rhelering/mp3/Ahi_Vamos/*"
*** Error (-1: 'Unspecified error') ***

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I could download file from the device using: "gphoto2 --get-file RANGE"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I couldn't delete any files using either "gphoto2 -r file_path_on_the_device"
or "gphoto2 -r RANGE".
Regards,
Roberto.
