--- Comment #3 from Gregor Dschung 2013-09-23 12:58:47 UTC ---
Oh. Okay, I tried to find a reproducible test, but couldn't on the quick.
Have tried the following (this time on a openSUSE 12.3):
* samba-client requires cifs-utils, but not keyutils
* cifs-utils requires keyutils.
None of these packages is installed.

sb23:/home/ich # zypper in samba-client

The following NEW packages are going to be installed:
cifs-utils keyutils libtalloc2 libtevent0 samba-client
[...]
but
sb23:/home/ich # zypper rm --clean-deps samba-client

The following packages are going to be REMOVED:
cyrus-sasl-32bit krb5-32bit libcom_err2-32bit libdb-4_8-32bit libgcc_s1-32bit
libkeyutils1-32bit libldap-2_4-2-32bit libopenssl1_0_0-32bit libselinux1-32bit
libstdc++6-32bit libtalloc2-32bit
libtdb1 libtdb1-32bit libtevent0 libz1-32bit samba-client samba-client-32bit
zlib-32bit
[...]

I thought, at least cifs-utils should get removed. But it isn't.
Therefore, I guess I simply misunderstood the concept behind --clean-deps. If
so, please just reject this bug.
