https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=231746 ------- Comment #4 from sargon@lordsargon.com 2007-01-10 04:50 MST ------- I also have the option to change profile via the F3 menu in GRUB. I cannot change profiles this way. I have five profiles configured. I can select them through the GRUB boot menu. One of them is configured as the default (it is not the "default" created when initially configuring SCPM). Using any of these five boot profiles (each configured with a different SCPM profile) does not change the SCPM profile. If I boot the default GRUB profile, the previously-activated SCPM profile is activated, regardless of what the GRUB profile has configured. If I select a different SCPM profile via the F3 menu and boot the default GRUB profile, nothing changes: the previously-activated SCPM is still loaded. It appears that SCPM profiles can only be activated via the command line (after booting) or via the desktop applet. I can reproduce this at will on multiple laptops. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
