Jiri, I've tested udev 181 and 182 (openSUSE Factory) using the DVB-T. It
worked and it works, but for my first test I did notices in udev 182 that the
second time you plug in the usb device there is a certain delay, not bad, but
weird.
Also was talking to Petr Uzel and he was thinking that the best idea would be
to do an strace to see whats going on.
But first, before doing that I would like to ask you to install udev which
comes with the TIMEOUT handling patch from:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/rmilasan:/branches:/Base:/Sy...
After I applied this patch on udev 182 the second time I pluged the DVB-T there
was no delay and killed workers.
Note: this is not a udev issue but a kernel issue and seems there are modules
which have the old fashion hacks. You can read more about it in the link which
I posted in comment 21.
Please test this udev if it's not too much to ask. Also maybe an strace would
help.
