Analyzing shows that the ntfs was damaged. Seems that grub writes some data to an address where it should not write to. This error looks like bug 411937. Installation was done with openSUSE-NET-Build0066-x86_64.iso. A previous installation, done with openSUSE-DVD-Build0066-x86_64.iso did not show this error.
