I try to drag this to the desktop, and get an error dialog: "Error while copying to ".". There was an error getting information about the destination.

And then a "Preparing: preparing to copy 1 file (150 bytes)". So - I guess this is really 2 issues: * D&D doesn't work nicely * progress popups come up over user-prompting / error dialogs.
