Ok, I booted again kernel 2.6.29-rc8-master_20090319171434_04fb8beb-debug. This
time I also noticed that apparmour failed to load:
minas-morgul:~ # rcapparmor status
apparmor module is not loaded.
minas-morgul:~ #
I also see this error passing by:
Mar 24 03:22:18 minas-morgul gnome-keyring-daemon[4429]: Scheduling hal init
retry
Mar 24 03:22:48 minas-morgul gnome-keyring-daemon[4429]: failed to initialize a
HAL context: (null)

As this kernel does not belong to 11.1, I don't know if I should report those
errors on a bugzilla?
Now, to our issue.
pm-hibernate does hibernate the machine. I'm using that system for a while,
copying some files to my external usb HD (backup) (writing to external reiserfs
on 11.0 is currently broken, Bugzilla XXsomething, so I use this test 11.1
partition for doing these backups). When I finish, I'll try to hibernate with
one external partition mounted and usb reporting enabled - but I'll post this
comment first, lest I crash and loose it.
