I only ran into this problem **occasionally**, like several times in recent
months. Resuming from hibernation will get into the system like the computer is
booted from a shutdown OS.
I am almost using the lastest TW on Lenovo T420s, legacy boot, no UEFI. RAM 8
GB, Swap 8.6 GB in /dev/sda7 (an explicit patition).
In my experience, it happened no more than 5 times in recent 3 months. And it
seems that only happens when I have done an update of the system with critical
packages.
I am not an experienced user. Hopefully the information could help.
