[Bug 450260] KBluetooth4 appears to do nothing when started

I'm trying to connect from my Thinkpad to a Motorola Razr2 V8 phone. Neither the phone or the computer can discover the other. Before I reported this, I *really* did attempt a search, but didn't find anything related to bluetooth.
