that works for making 'info cpp' work. I don't see any way of adding
an alias entry for '(cpp)' as there is really no such menu entry anywhere.
Thus, I don't see any way of fixing this bug with GNU info.
The goal was to have multiple info packages for multiple GCC versions to
be installed in parallel and browsable (info cpp-4.6 works). The
stub package gcc-info should setup things so that the default compiler
for the respective distribution can be referenced with unversioned names.
Thus, werner, any idea here?
