OK great. I'm sorry, I wasn't aware I didn't add the kernel-tegra-ac100 rpm. I've now added both kernel-tegra-ac100 and for future use and testing u-boot-ac100
Also wireless-tools was needed. After manually installing them with rpm -Uhv --ignorearch path/to/armv7hl/.rpm I have the network working.
