I just ordered from Amazon... It's $10 cheaper than SuSE, qualified for free shipping and I could find it. Novell apparently doesn't really want to sell it very badly:) from their own site. Actually it doesn't surprise me. Novell has historically sold the bulk of their products through other retail channels and usually cheaper than pricing you would get through Novell themselves. It makes sense, they can spend more of their time and money on development and not on supporting a sales department. From a "reputable" retailer the proceeds still go back to the developers. I would think Novell would only boost the actual sales of SuSE products by utilizing their sales and supply chains already in place. From my perspective SuSE is the most likely Linux product to be successful because of their affiliation with Novell and the use of its sales force and infrastructure. (just don't try to find it on digital river:( )
I wouldn't condone a chop shop who just copies the disks to resell and I would hope others would feel the same way.
just my 2cents Craig

I tried too and got the same results you did.
The SuSE pre-order page takes you to the Novell (digital river) site for the full version of 9.2 pro. I then went back used the search function on the SuSE sight, and could only find the upgrade for 9.1.
Novell's 'list all products A-Z' option does not show a choice for the upgrade version 9.2.
I always remember receiving e-mail from SuSE Marketing with links to the pages for Pro, Standard, and Upgrade versions in the past.
I generally get the upgrade version, except for major version releases. I've ordered direct from SuSE the last few times and it was easy and pain free. I hope Novell gets these things cleaned up soon
Oh, and the post cards. SuSE used to send postcards as well.

I like SUSE linux but IMHO I think the Novell web site could stand improvement Regards Bob
