[yast-devel] OBS: Added SLE-12-SP2 build target

Hi all, the SLE-12-SP2 build target has been added in the OBS so I have added it to the YaST:Head project. That means we now build the latest packages also for SP2 [1]. I have also added the SP2 target to the YaST:SLE-12:SP2 [2] and added some needed packages from SDK so everything is green now. This project should be used at Jenkins for building the SP2 branch, let's see how that will work...
