GeoIP used by Installer

Just as an idea - besides automatically setting the location, GeoIP
could also help with the BIOS clock settings (local time vs UTC).

Get the current time from a NTP server and compare it to to the (based
on the location) "expected" time. This should tell you if the BIOS clock
is set in UTC or local time.

Needless to say that you can't expect people to have the clock set very
exact, so the time matching should be fuzzy with at least +/- 10 minutes
difference allowed.

Actually, this sounds like an interesting idea.

To get this implemented has only one prerequisite: Find a reliable service, providing the location. If you use any of the public server, you may easily happen to lose this functionality the day after release of openSUSE :-/

It would be great if openSUSE could provide its own geo-location server.
