updated BuildRequires: RNG schema moved to yast2-installation-control
additional cleanup:
- removed .cvsignore, updated .gitignore
- use %yast_controldir RPM macro
- move the *.glade link to Git (allow creating POT from clean Git
checkout without need to run "make")
