Hello João The output from zypp/history was: ----- 2020-05-25 07:15:10|command|root@netiri|'zypper' 'in' 'grafana-6.7.3-4.1.uyuni.x86_64'| # 2020-05-25 07:15:15 grafana-6.7.3-4.1.uyuni.x86_64.rpm installed ok # Additional rpm output: # Creating user grafana and group grafana if not present # warning: /etc/grafana/grafana.ini created as /etc/grafana/grafana.ini.rpmnew # Updating /etc/sysconfig/grafana-server ... # 2020-05-25 07:15:15|install|grafana|6.7.3-4.1.uyuni|x86_64|root@netiri|susemanager:opensuse_leap15_1-uyuni-client-x86_64|ef7125732951493b75a2d35e1dbafedc2d9389056dd33cf87cb5bfb534a3ebc7| ----- Looks like the file should be "updated" - but it was missing after installation. I already tried it a few days ago, but I ran out of time so I did a rollback to a snapshot before the installation to be able to start Grafana again. Today I retried and found out, that the sysconfig file was missed after installation. Just copied from an old snapshot and grafana started as expected. Hi Martin, thanks for reporting this.
What was the rpm console output when installing the package? It is expected to have something like:
``` Additional rpm output: Creating user grafana and group grafana if not present Updating /etc/sysconfig/grafana-server ...
```
Best regards, João

Hello all
If anyone else has a problem with the Grafana Server Update on openSuSE 15.1: grafana-6.7.3-4.1.uyuni.x86_64
The error message is: grafana-server.service: Failed to load environment files: No such file or directory
Then copy the file /etc/sysconfig/grafana-server from one of the last snapshots to /etc/sysconfig/grafana-server. This file is missing after update.
It can also be helpful to start the binary from the command line, as there are some updates: # /usr/sbin/grafana-server --config=/etc/grafana/grafana.ini -homepath=/usr/share/grafana
Best regards
Martin
