I'm not familiar with OpenSUSE myself.
We have the bleeding edge X stuff in the X11:XOrg repository on build
service:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/XOrg/
For 11.0, 11.1, and for factory (should be approximately the same ATM).
Note that the dependencies are a bit... suboptimal still. I.e. you
absolutely need the drivers if you're updating the server. Also
libpixman and libpciaccess.
