Both DVI-D connectors use LVTMA (TMDS B) - so you will never be able to use both DVI connectors independently (only in clone mode). How broken
I just thought a bit more about this - it could even be that this
connector table includes entries for a docking station (even if your
very model doesn't support this - I don't know).
I just added DDC based probing to the code, could you please try and
check whether this fixes your issues?
