Second attempt was much better
(do not know what was changed from last time - I've just rebuilt
driver).

It shows screen with resolution of smaller panel (external LCD).
And duplicating LVDS to external VGA.

I've tried to change screens duplication to two-screens layout but
failed.
(probably I just do something wrong).
