Interesting... I tried to do the usual daily update of 42.2 and 42.3
earlier and I was getting between ~146Kb/s and <65Kb/s. I took this to
mean that the server was having a slight hernia for some reason --
possibly because 42.3 was being transferred across to the 42.3 Repos
prior to its release in the coming hours.
