[opensuse] Display manager with network manager (Wifi/VPN) functions?

In Windows it is possible to start a VPN before login. I may need this for users who want to login into a corporate active directory. Now I want to do the same for openSUSE clients. I know, that's possible to start a Wifi connection and a VPN during boot with SystemD. But it's not ideal, because especially the Wifi settings may change for different locations. Selectable Wifi and VPN profiles before login would be better. Are there any display managers with network manager (Wifi, VPN) functions? If not, what is a feasible alternative strategy for mobile notebook users?
