I saw this and thought that luckyBackup might be an interesting alternative to my ever evolving rsync based shell script.
Well that's a few hours I'll never get back.
No end of trivial problems. Oh, its well documented .... for what the author intended. There no documentation about the "what to do if things go wrong", and so far my searches on the net have not turned up an answer. Just one damned thing after another!
And it back to problems with permissions about when i stick in the usb stick the popup demanding root password! Damn that!
