Ok, but what about SuSE 12.1? I see that http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.1/iso/ still shows: openSUSE-12.1-DVD-x86_64.iso 10-Nov-2011 20:28 4.3G So this is still Build0039?

I would suggest the NET cd as you will do less downloading in-the-long-run.

Downloading a DVD should be no problem.

If it was really factory you were looking for: http://download.opensuse.org/factory/iso/openSUSE-NET-x86_64-Build0370-Media...
