Why don't you try a site that exists:

That is the standard setting, i never touched it, why should i, it always
worked in 121?
I guess it is me, but I cannot ping from my
desktop, although I can from a VBox client that desktop hosts. I use
[0-3] I suggest you try substituting for within your /etc/ntp.conf and restart the time server,
rcntp restart
systemctl restart ntp.service
(as root).

then check to see they work:
ntpq> opeers

EeePc-Rob-SFN9:/home/oddball # systemctl restart ntp.service
EeePc-Rob-SFN9:/home/oddball # ntpq
ntpq> opeers

The yast module now works (!), (which is cool, thnx..;-)
but the KDE module has europe.pool.ntp, and does not.
So change settings conveniently from the clock? Forget it.
Do you by accident know where the kde timt date module stores/looks for the server addresses?
