[opensuse] combining mkinitrd/kernel related updates into one? lot of plymouth, udev, powersaving, mdadm et al updates lately, all working separately on mkinitrd and taking long time over and over again

hello list.

as of lately on 12.2 there were quite a number of these mkinitrd
rebuilding patches and updates, that when getting applied, all work
separately on their own on the mkinitrd and trigger its rebuilding or
so, on the systems I have observed taking quite a long time.

can these mkinitrd modifying patches not be somehow applied as one and
then only once triggering mkinitrd?
