When trying to access this destination, I get this error from Apache.:
svn: Repository moved permanently to 'http://someplace.se/xsvn/PiPlanCalc/'; please relocate
That's not Apache which is issueing an error, but subversion. Reading the error message and your description, I'd guess that you copied (or moved) PiPlanCalc from /svn to /xsvn, and Subversion needs to be told that it has to be relocated.
