right now I have
APACHE_SERVER_FLAGS="MAILMAN"
in the config file, and it works partially. Too short to say all works, but I have yet to understand why
The mailman.conf file uses "<IfDefine MAILMAN>". (in my installation anyway).
and what is the -D for?
