platform you use t on. Do the Skype audio test by calling skype voice test and it should remember those settings and try to apply them on each call.
i am using the skype test. i have no other utilty to test my microphone
In any event, are you listening with headphones or speakers? With speakers, skypy is in a constant feedback fight with itself, (echo cancellation) and this can lead to really chopy sound.
i am using speakers, but i have never had any problems with other laptops
Sometimes they do this with pre-tranmission adjustment of the voice packets for those plat forms where they can't adjust mice volume
without
root capability (such as Android 3.x).
first of all a would needa guide to terminnolgy Should i use Phonon to fix my microphone? Should i use the Pulse 'audio Recording' section? What are 'CaptureCommunication', 'CaptureRecording','CaptureControl'? What is relevant to 'my microphone'? Kde Help pages are very poor and badly written kmix shows 'Internal Audio Analog Stereo' as the only capture device. Is that what is expected? thank you Paolo -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
