I just started up kmail, and I was able to get my pop account working for another email that I have. This email account, at gmail, I have set up on imap. I set up the account using the account wizard, and it will not download the folder structure I have set up on gmail, nor will it download any email. It also does not give me any error message - at least I don't see any. The only indication that when I right-click on the googlemail folder in the left folder pain and hit "check mail", down at the bottom left it says "checking account Googlemail.com for new mail." It will continue to say this until indefinitely, and it never downloads new mail. I verified that my security settings, port settings, and everything are exactly as I have them on thunderbird, where I am also using this account, with IMAP settings, and everything works fine using thunderbird.
