Pausing the queue doesn't help. The W7 queue shows an error. The W7
driver is configured for raw

Because it works for the Lexmark printer I wonder why there
is no job in the CUPS queue for the Samsung printer.
Perhaps jobs for the Samsung printer go so fast to nowhere
that you didn't notice them in the CUPS queue?
To verify this, disable printing for the CUPS queue so that
all jobs which come in stay in the CUPS queue until you
enable printing again.
