Hello all, After an upgrade from OpenSuSE 11.0 to OpenSUSE 11.4 i 2 problems: - From the console, i can't do login, because of a "faulty module" of pam. From the log i read: Mar 14 17:42:48 server login[3143]: PAM unable to dlopen(/lib/security/pam_resmgr.so): /lib/security/pam_resmgr.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Mar 14 17:42:48 server login[3143]: PAM adding faulty module: /lib/security/pam_resmgr.so
Huh. I can't find a reference to it being packaged for openSUSE after 10.x. Seems odd.
- From the logs i read an error from read/write the file browse.dat for nmbd. Here is the log: write_browse_list: Can't open file /var/lib/samba/browse.dat.. Error was Permission denied Here is my /var/lib/samba/browse.dat -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 454 Mar 14 12:18 /var/lib/samba/browse.dat Delete the file; this file will be automatically recreated. Or just rename it to browse.dat Do you have apparmour or selinux enabled? Yes, i have apparmour. I have disabled it, and the error is not coming out anymore. Thank you.
