Hi,

I basically know what the difference between the above is but what I'm
wondering about is the following behaviour:

opensuse11.1:~ # zypper patch
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
Resolving package dependencies...
Nothing to do.
opensuse11.1:~ # zypper lu
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...

Why are there updated packages which are apparently not pulled in by any
patch?

opensuse11.1:~ # rpm -q libzypp zypper
libzypp-5.30.24-0.1.1
zypper-1.0.14-0.1.2

Thanks,
Wolfgang
