Yes, but most MUAs aren't as configurable as mutt. But when I'm home I'll
see how far mine is tweekable.

I don't have anything set in ~/.muttrc - so the above is inherited from
/etc/Muttrc, which has:

# set attribution="On %d, %n wrote:"
#
# Name: attribution
# Type: string
# Default: "On %d, %n wrote:"

This is on 11.2, but I think it's been like that more or less forever...?
