See? The road is clear. I can see the filenames, but with garbage in the place where the username should be. This user is the owner of those files.
Something is corrupt.
chmod +x the directory I pointed out above and try again is my recommendation Or to be safe do something like find /mnt/Ext -type d -exec chmod +x {} \+ directories without execute permissions do funny things, you can know about files inside them but not be able to read & delete them, and all sorts of crazy stuff. and check your user groups to understand why one user had access but not others.
